Spotware Launches cFinancial, an Institutional Liquidity Provider for Brokers and Prop Firms

Updated: Fresh

Spotware Systems, the company behind the cTrader trading platform, is launching cFinancial — an institutional liquidity provider aimed at brokers, prop firms, hedge funds, and family offices. The cFinancial website is live and the service is already being offered privately to selected brokers.

cFinancial is regulated by the Seychelles FSA under license No. SD169 and offers executable pricing with a focus on tailored liquidity configuration and improved execution quality. According to correspondence reported by FX News Group, Spotware plans to be aggressive on pricing: raw spreads with a flat commission of $4 per million from the first trade — a rate normally reserved for brokers doing $10 billion or more in monthly volume.

The launch follows Spotware’s release of cBridge earlier this year, a platform-agnostic liquidity bridge, continuing the company’s evolution from a pure platform provider into a full-suite technology and services business.

Why it matters

The institutional liquidity space is competitive, but Spotware enters with a built-in distribution advantage: hundreds of brokers already use cTrader. If cFinancial delivers on its pricing and execution promises, it could shift how smaller brokers source liquidity — especially those already integrated with the cTrader ecosystem.

What to watch next

Spotware is expected to make a formal public announcement in the coming days or weeks. Watch for whether cFinancial gains traction with cTrader brokers and how established liquidity providers respond to the aggressive commission structure.
