TradingView Adds BIST and ASX Options Data
TradingView said it has added options from Borsa Istanbul and the Australian Securities Exchange to its data coverage.
The platform said the additions cover options on more than 150 underlying assets. TradingView highlighted BIST 30 index options from Turkey and S&P/ASX 200 index options from Australia as examples of the new coverage available through symbol search.
The update expands TradingView’s options data beyond the largest U.S. and European venues and gives users another way to monitor derivatives activity in the Turkish and Australian markets. TradingView said users can browse the new instruments by entering the BIST: prefix for Turkish assets or ASX: for Australian assets in symbol search.
The company positioned the release as part of its broader data-feed expansion, saying it connects to hundreds of feeds across more than two million instruments.
Why it matters
Options data availability changes what traders can chart, screen, and compare without leaving their primary analytics workspace. BIST and ASX options are not niche add-ons for traders focused on global equity index risk: they sit on markets tied to Turkey and Australia, where local policy, currency moves, and commodity exposure can drive distinct volatility patterns.
For multi-market traders, more visible options chains can improve cross-market monitoring and make it easier to compare implied positioning against spot index moves.
