News publishing moved

The old workflow in this file is deprecated.

Use the new content-driven flow instead:

• create a new MDX file in src/content/news/
• start from docs/templates/news-item-template.mdx
• follow docs/news-publishing-playbook.md
• run npm run news:check
• run npm run build

Result:

• /news/ updates automatically
• /news/[slug]/ page is created automatically
• rss.xml updates automatically
