Testing Process
Every broker nominated for an award goes through our full evaluation process. We open live accounts with real money, test platforms on desktop and mobile, execute trades across different markets, contact support through all channels, and document the deposit and withdrawal experience from start to finish.
Scoring Criteria
Winners are selected based on their performance across our 8 rating categories: Trading Costs, Platforms, Regulation, Education, Customer Service, Research Tools, Deposits & Withdrawals, and Product Range. Category-specific awards weight the relevant category more heavily — for example, the "Best for Education" award gives extra weight to the Education score.
Independence
Award winners cannot buy their way onto this list. Commercial partnerships have zero influence on our selections. Several brokers that advertise with us did not receive awards because they did not earn the scores to justify it.
Annual Review Cycle
Awards are evaluated annually based on the most recent 12 months of testing data. Brokers that improve their offering can move up in rankings — and those that regress will lose their positions. Our 2026 awards reflect testing conducted between April 2025 and March 2026.
